I've been a patient at Oak Grove Dental for 25 years. Recently, I went in just for a routine cleaning but was told and shown I had a large cavity, a broken veneer, and a crown that no longer matched with my other front teeth. Even with my insurance I was facing a significant cost for repair. Dr. Chou could not have been more understanding and compassionate. First he adjusted my out of pocket cost to fit my budget. Then, he and his assistants proceeded, very gently and slowly injected generous amounts of anesthetics. They waited for my approval to start the work. Then, when I was totally numbed he began the procedure on my 3 front teeth. I was totally comfortable and now looking forward to my new crowns being delivered soon. The dentist's office is not my favorite place to visit, but this office has NOT been a feared place for many years.
